Yes — the cottage has a fenced backyard, a private outdoor space for pets and people alike. It's a wonderful place for a morning coffee or an evening by the fire, with your four-legged family member at your side.

Three bedrooms and one bathroom across about 1,600 square feet — plenty of room for the family to spread out and settle in. Sleeping capacity depends on your group, so confirm occupancy with us when you request availability.

It does! After a day on the trails or the slopes, sink into the outdoor hot tub, warm up in the outdoor sauna, or gather around the fire pit on the spacious back deck.

Yes — there's ample parking for cars, motorcycles and trailers carrying ATVs or other recreational gear, and the cottage sits outside an HOA or community. Please check with us about your specific trailer's size so we can confirm it fits. Parking doesn't include permission to ride ATVs on the property, public roads or neighboring land, and we don't claim direct trail access.

Your stay includes the cottage and everything it offers. Lake access, resort amenities, attraction admission, golf privileges and equipment rentals aren't included unless we've explicitly confirmed them with you — just ask, and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

We're Kara Sincavage and Mackenzie Seitz, a mother-and-daughter team whose family has called the Poconos home for more than 150 years. We answer every inquiry personally and love sharing our favorite local spots with guests.

Right in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains — minutes from Lake Harmony, Jack Frost and Big Boulder, and a reasonable drive from Camelback, Kalahari and Hickory Run State Park. Exact directions and a personal welcome come with your booking.

So much! The cottage sits near Lake Harmony, Jack Frost and Big Boulder, with Camelback, Camelbeach, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino Resort, Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls and Francis E. Jack Frost and Big Boulder are the closest, and Camelback Mountain is an easy day trip. Operating dates and snow conditions change with the weather, so check each resort's official website before you head out — then come home to the hot tub.

No — nature makes the rules. Ski conditions depend on weather and snowmaking, and ski areas open and close seasonally, while outdoor waterparks like Camelbeach run during the warmer months only. Always check current conditions and operating dates with the attraction before you go.

Winter is for skiing and snowboarding at the regional mountains; spring brings waterfalls and quieter trails; summer means lakes, family attractions and long evenings on the deck; and autumn puts on some of the Northeast's best foliage.
